12/20/00 - Christmas lights in North Port, FL After having a really good dinner with Ted & Jean (and their friends) at the Country Club, we all drove out to North Port (about 10 miles west of Lake Suzy) to see Christmas lights. The Christmas lights were at a private residence - the owner of the house puts on the complete show (with Christmas music!) in his yard -- there were over 275,000 Christmas lights! The owner stated that he started lighting up his yard in September -- wow, we can believe it! A BIG Thank You to the guy who put on this show, it was very much appreciated by us! Enjoy the walk around his yard!
