Quite old - still hard for me to comprehend things were built over a thousand years ago, since everything I've seen in the States, historically, is no more than a couple hundred years old.

After Stonehenge, and Avebury -- we went to the small town of Lacock. Parts of Harry Potter & Pride and Prejudice were filmed here. We had lunch at the George Inn.

We're both very happy to be in a warm pub, that has Strongbow Cider on tap. ;)

We had Vegetable Soup (cream-based) and a Ham & Cheese sandwich. One thing I've noticed about the pubs in England is that their bread is always top notch. Freshly baked, perfect moisture ratio, and soooo good.
