It's bright and early Friday morning - here's the Key West Express! Running a catamaran hull, the Key West Express has 13,000 horsepower, 4 engines, 8 bathrooms, is approximately 200' long, can hold about 500 people, has three decks - uses 8 gallons of fuel per minute and cruises at about 45 knots (about 50 mph). It's DEFINITELY the way to go to the Keys from Fort Myers.

For once Dale didn't have to worry about driving a boat to the Keys (which is generally a bumpy ride on anything under 40' feet). Dale & Donna have done it quite a few times (a couple of times in boats that were in the 30' range).

We had brunch at the history Pepe's! When Dale & Donna spent their honeymoon down here (in 2000), they ate here every day.
