November 8 - 88' - Jodi & Tara are in the boat ready to go, Grandpa Steve was nice enough to come over and keep Paige-E company, while we head out into the wild waters of Southwest Florida.

Perfect timing, Jodi got to see the Sanibel Bridge go up just as we arrived.

After passing under the bridge, we're in the Gulf of Mexico, on our way to throw anchor in front of the Lani Kai (Fort Myers Beach) and relax & enjoy.

After swimming in, getting some take-out, swimming back out to the boat, and having lunch... We then traveled out in the Gulf of Mexico and up to Sanibel Island. This view is looking north at the northern tip of Sanibel Island from the Gulf of Mexico.
